GREENWICH — Greenwich police working with the Connecticut Human Trafficking Task Force discovered and liberated two under-aged girls from Greenwich who were being coerced into the sex trade in 2017 through a controversial website that advertises sexual services.
“Most people don’t understand that this is a domestic issue, and how pervasive it is. People are shocked to know it’s happening in Greenwich, but it is,” said Elizabeth Koldyke Boolbol, a former marketing and real estate professional who founded the Global Partnership to End Human Trafficking in 2015.
