Robert Aggrey joined Partnership to End Human Trafficking (PEHT) in 2024 as a Residential Advisor, bringing more than 17 years of experience in therapeutic residential care, program operations, and team leadership. His extensive background in residential services and crisis management supports PEHT's commitment to providing a safe, stable, and healing-centered environment for survivors.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from East Tennessee State University, combining strong organizational leadership with a compassionate, survivor-centered approach to care. In his role, he helps maintain a safe and therapeutic residential environment while supporting residents throughout the intake, orientation, and transition process. He also conducts safety assessments, monitors medication self-administration, and collaborates closely with the clinical team to ensure residents receive coordinated, trauma-informed support.
With a strong foundation in residential management, Robert is committed to maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and effective documentation while fostering an environment of dignity, accountability, and respect. His calm leadership, dedication to trauma-informed care, and passion for helping others play an important role in supporting survivors as they work toward healing, stability, and long-term independence.
