MBA Candidate, Social Enterprise Manager
Kayla became a member of the PEHT team in March of 2023 and has utilized her extensive experience in behavioral therapy to bring a dynamic and insightful perspective to her role as a Social Enterprise Manager and Outreach Associate. Kayla is very dedicated and is currently working towards her MBA in Finance. Prior to her involvement with PEHT, Kayla worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist and served children and families of children with special needs. Her passion to promote care and healing transfer seamlessly to our cause. Kayla now uses her skill set to help develop empowerment opportunities and develop a trauma-informed workplace that can best serve those in need. As a Social Enterprise Manager, Kayla takes the lead on numerous business operations and develops and organizes our outreach activities. Her role is crucial to creating awareness around the message and initiatives of PEHT and provides opportunities for outreach regularly.
