Katie Rolleri serves as the CFO +COO of Partnership to End Human Trafficking (PEHT), bringing more than 16 years of experience driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and financial sustainability across nonprofit organizations and small-to-midsize businesses. In her dual executive leadership role, Katie oversees the organization’s financial strategy, operational infrastructure, human resources, compliance, and social enterprise initiatives, ensuring that PEHT’s programs and services are positioned for long-term impact and sustainability.
A strategic and results-oriented leader, Katie is passionate about building strong systems that support mission-driven work. She plays a key role in advancing PEHT’s vision by aligning financial stewardship with organizational growth, strengthening operational effectiveness, and expanding opportunities for survivors of human trafficking through workforce development, economic empowerment, and social enterprise initiatives.
Prior to joining PEHT, Katie served as a partner and senior consultant for a firm supporting nonprofits and small businesses nationwide. In this capacity, she led projects focused on operational planning, financial management, organizational development, and business strategy, helping organizations enhance capacity, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. Her professional experience also includes roles in public accounting, corporate finance, and adult education, providing her with a unique perspective on leadership, organizational development, and community impact.
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Katie remains committed to community engagement and education, partnering with local organizations to provide financial literacy, workforce development, and professional training programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Financial Management from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from St. Ambrose University. Her leadership combines financial expertise, operational insight, and a deep commitment to advancing PEHT’s mission of supporting survivors and ending human trafficking.
