Inthiany Ardila

Director of Systems and Operations

Inthiany serves as the Director of Systems and Operations at Partnership to End Human Trafficking (PEHT), where she leads organizational systems, operational processes, and administrative functions that support the delivery of high-quality services and sustainable organizational growth. With more than 10 years of experience in the human services field, she brings a unique blend of operational leadership, client-centered service, and systems thinking to her role. Throughout her career, Inthiany has held positions across healthcare, case management, and human services, developing expertise in service coordination, program support, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining PEHT, she worked as a Psychiatric Technician at Norwalk Hospital, where she helped create a safe and supportive environment for patients, and gained valuable experience in medical case management through her work with Southwest Community Health Center.

At PEHT, Inthiany has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to organizational excellence, taking on increasing levels of responsibility as the organization has grown. In her current role, she oversees internal systems, operational workflows, and cross-departmental processes that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support PEHT’s mission of empowering survivors of human trafficking and exploitation.

Inthiany is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human services at the University of New Hampshire, where she is a member of the National Honor Society. She also holds an associate's degree in human services and has earned state certifications as an Electrocardiogram Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Patient Care Technician. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Planning Council.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Connecticut, Inthiany is deeply connected to the community she serves. Known for her compassion, positivity, and dedication to helping others, she is passionate about creating systems and environments that foster dignity, opportunity, and meaningful support for those in need. Her leadership, empathy, and commitment to service continue to make a lasting impact on both PEHT and the broader community.
