Dianna serves as the Social Enterprise Training & Retail Supervisor at the PEHT Shop, PEHT’s social enterprise business. Over her time with PEHT, Dianna has demonstrated consistent growth and leadership, earning multiple promotions as she’s taken on greater responsibility within the organization. In her current role, she oversees daily operations and leads efforts to train and support PEHT Shop staff in job-skills development and product creation. Beyond her operational expertise, Dianna is a strong peer leader and mentor, known for her encouragement, teamwork, and dedication to fostering a supportive and empowering work environment. She continues to approach her role with determination and purpose, committed to professional growth and to contributing to PEHT’s mission of empowerment and opportunity.
