Social Enterprise Retail Manager

Dianna serves as the Social Enterprise Retail Manager for the PEHT Shop, Partnership to End Human Trafficking’s survivor-led social enterprise. Throughout her time with PEHT, Dianna has demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and professional growth, earning multiple promotions as she has expanded her responsibilities and impact within the organization.

In her current role, Dianna oversees the day-to-day operations of the PEHT Shop, managing retail activities, inventory, merchandising, product development, and customer engagement. She also plays a key role in supporting workforce development initiatives by providing training, mentorship, and hands-on coaching to team members as they build valuable employment and entrepreneurial skills.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to creating a positive workplace culture, Dianna fosters an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. Her passion for social enterprise and economic empowerment helps advance PEHT’s mission by creating meaningful employment opportunities and pathways to self-sufficiency for survivors.
