Cece Donoghue

Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator

Cece brings more than 35 years of experience serving vulnerable populations, including the homeless, incarcerated, unhoused pregnant women, individuals with special needs, and the disenfranchised. A dedicated member and former Area Co-Chair (with her husband Mike) of the Order of Malta American Association–CT, she has held multiple leadership roles focused on caring for the poor and sick. From 2015 to 2020, Cece worked as a patient advocate in the rare disease community, educating providers, supporting patients, and even testifying before the FDA. Cece lives in Connecticut, where she and Mike raised their five children. Cece is continually inspired by the survivors at PEHT and proud to be part of the team.
