Stivelle is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health at the University of Bridgeport. Stivelle holds a Bachelor of Art & Science in Human Service and Associates in Sociology. Prior to joining the PEHT team, she was a Program Supervisor for a community day program. Stivelle is the first in her family generation to attend and graduate from college.

Stivelle was born in St. Lucia, raised in Brooklyn, NY and became a resident in Connecticut. Stivelle parents agreed traveling and becoming a citizen of America, can grant opportunities for better. "I enjoy helping others get a better opportunity just as I got the chance too."
